The Russia Corporate World business review published its final 2010 issue. The time has come to bid good-bye to the expiring year, to total up its results and to make predictions for the coming year, as is the custom.

A contract has been signed with "New Electronic Company" acting as the Russian distributor of the Japan-based NEC corporation. Under the contract Fonetix translates business and technical documents from English and Japanese into Russian and provides interpreters for various events.

The English-Russian monthly The Russia Corporate World published an in-depth interview with S. V. Grabovsky, CEO, Fonetix Translations, in its March issue. The talk was focused on human resources, a vital component determining a good deal in the quality of translation services.

The Academy of European Law is running a one-day conference, which will give the participants and observers the opportunity to look at how the European Union through its policies, legislation and case law is tackling emerging intellectual property issues in the field of competition law, collective management of copyright and right of privacy.

The annual ITA conference is an international meeting of translators, interpreters, localizers, subtitlers, editors, researchers, translation company owners, project managers and related professionals.
